In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that delight our guests. Your culinary skills and attention to detail will contribute to creating a vibrant dining experience, ensuring every plate served meets our standards of quality and flavor. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your kitchen expertise in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and plate menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation standards Follow recipes, portion controls, and food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality Assist with menu planning by suggesting new dish ideas and improvements based on customer feedback and seasonal ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times Support catering events or special functions as needed, ensuring timely meal preparation and service Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow, minimize waste, and uphold a positive work environment Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings with a focus on fine dining or high-quality service Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques Background in dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food industry standards is highly desirable Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Embark on a culinary journey with us where your skills will be valued, your creativity encouraged, and your passion for food celebrated.
