Working alongside a small, talented kitchen team, you'll prep, cook, and plate dishes that celebrate the Catskills — consistent execution, clean technique, and pride in every plate that leaves the pass. What you'll do Prepare and cook menu items to spec across assigned stations (grill, sauté, garde manger, etc.) Complete daily prep lists and maintain par levels Keep your station clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during service Receive and properly store deliveries; rotate product (FIFO) Support menu changes, specials, and event service as needed What you'll bring 1-2+ years of line cooking experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen Solid knife skills and comfort working multiple stations Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain) Calm under pressure and a team-first attitude Weekend, holiday, and evening availability
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
