Line Cook

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our team at our East Aurora restaurant as we gear up for patio season. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, culinary skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. PT or FT availability. Experience preferred. Pay ranges between $19 and $22 / hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace Assist with inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying managers of shortages Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a line cook or relevant position in a reputable establishment Understanding of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards Strong communication skills
