You must be ready, willing & able to work the following schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday, roughly 11am- 7pm with some flexibility can be accommodated.

: Prep, Cook, Plate & Package Meals according to recipes, instructions, plating guides, and weekly menus Operate a variety of Kitchen Stations (ie: stove, oven, flattop) Set up, organize, maintain, and clean work stations & area Monitor product quality throughout production Ensure proper cooking techniques, temperatures, yields, and food safety standards Communicate & work effectively with team members & Owner/Executive ChefMEAL PREP VS TRADITIONAL RESTAURANTS

well & is plated & packaged to stay FRESH for a week. The result? We MUST make specific modifications to various steps during our process to ensure we achieve the perfect balance. What that means for you? You will need to be able to learn, adapt & grow your current skillset in a way you may not be used to. But we will teach you! So as long as you can take direction & trust your leaders, you will succeed :) Qualifications Minimum 1 year of commercial kitchen experience (meal prep, catering, restaurant, institutional, or production kitchen) Strong knife skills Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment safely Ability to read, understand, and execute standardized recipes Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Excellent organization and time management Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team member Preferred Qualifications Experience with batch cooking Experience in plating, portioning, or packagingOptional:
