We are currently looking to fill line cook positions. Reliability and consistency is a must. Self starters, good attitudes, maintaining cleanliness and organization are of the utmost importance!
Responsibilities:
- Grilling, frying, sautéing
- Ensure all food items comply with portion size and quality standards
- Complete prep work according to recipes
- Properly store, date, and rotate items
- Maintain proper inventory of line items needed for shift
- Keeping up in fast paced environment with the ability to multitask!
- Attention to detail is key!
