We are a high volume Italian restaurant in Fayetteville, NY, known for our coal fired pizzas, fresh ingredients, and fast paced service. We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and stretching pizza dough Building pizzas according to our recipes and standards Cooking pizzas in a coal fired oven Maintaining speed, consistency, and quality during busy services Prepping ingredients and keeping the pizza station stocked Keeping the work area clean, organized, and food safe Working as part of a team with cooks, expos, and servers Ideal candidate: Has pizza making experience Works well under pressure Has strong attention to detail Can move quickly while keeping quality high Is reliable and shows up on time Has a positive attitude and works well with others
