As a Pizza maker, you will be the heart of our kitchen, crafting high-quality pizzas. Your enthusiasm for food preparation, attention to detail, and culinary expertise will ensure every pizza meets your standards of excellence. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your kitchen skills in a fast-paced, energetic environment where creativity and teamwork thrive. Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation Handle food preparation tasks such as dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning with precision and care Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations, following food safety protocols Assist in menu planning by suggesting new toppings or specialty pizzas to enhance customer offerings Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed at all times to promote safety and hygiene in the kitchen Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experience to guests in a timely manner Support catering orders and special events by preparing large quantities of pizza efficiently while maintaining quality Qualifications Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or culinary setting Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and food safety standards Experience working in the food industry with an emphasis on kitchen operations Proficiency in various cooking techniques specific to pizza making Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Prior experience with catering or serving large groups is a plus Join us as a Pizza maker.
