Job Description

Overview Seeking help on the appetizer station/ and pizza topping station for a wood fired pizzeria. Very busy Summer/Fall. Looking for someone with availability
THURS-SUNDAYS
(flexible.) $16 per hour plus tips, tips shared based on hours worked. Typical schedule Thurs 1-9pm, and Fri - Sunday 2-9pm. With extra hours available for dough preparation. Must be able to commit through Summer and Fall. Must be 18+ Duties Experience in a kitchen is a plus but willing to train the right person Preparing food for service Working on the line, appetizers, pizza topping Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food handling safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including equipment and work surfaces Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking. Follow all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment. Ability to chop wood Work with team at end of night clean up of kitchen, dishes, sweeping, mopping Experience Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting
