Crystal Springs is seeking Line Cooks to join our expansive and growing culinary team. Crystal Springs is home to 10 indoor and outdoor restaurants, bistros, pubs, and cafes , ranging from fine dining at the award-winning Restaurant Latour to our own innovative Chef's Garden .

Responsibilities :

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, preparing sauces) Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Follow directions from the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs Comply with all nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and guests Competitive pay dependent on experience.

Requirements:

2-3 years high-volume kitchen experience preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of grill, sauté, and garde manger stations Strong team player mentality Flexible availability for various shifts Willingness to learn and grow Culinary school training a plus Passion for the culinary industry Weekend and holiday availability required Enjoy Crystal Springs Employee Perks!
