Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a versatile, fast-paced, and detail-oriented Team Member to join our kitchen and service crew. In this role, your responsibilities will flex based on the day's needs: some shifts will be spent in the kitchen crafting quality sandwiches, while others will be spent at the front counter taking guest orders and assembling meal packages. Sandwich Line Shifts:
Prepare and assemble sandwiches and menu items quickly and accurately according to brand recipes and portion standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely while maintaining speed and accuracy during peak rush hours. Keep food stations well-stocked, fresh, and properly sanitized throughout the shift. Front Counter /
Order Assembly Shifts:
Greet guests with a welcoming attitude and accurately enter orders into the POS system. Package and double-check completed orders to ensure guest accuracy, completeness, and presentation. Manage order handoffs for dine-in, takeout, and delivery partners smoothly.
General Operational Standards:
Quality Control:
Ensure every sandwich and order meets strict quality, freshness, and appearance standards before it reaches the guest.
Speed & Efficiency:
Work with a sense of urgency to maintain quick ticket times and short line waits.
Cleanliness & Sanitation:
Maintain a clean workspace across the kitchen, prep areas, counters, and dining room, following all food safety rules and sanitation protocols.
Communication:
Maintain clear, active communication with both front-of-house and back-of-house team members to keep orders flowing seamlessly. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in a restaurant, quick-service (QSR), or food preparation environment preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Ability to multitask and shift roles comfortably depending on daily scheduling and store needs. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. High attention to detail and pride in clean, presentation-ready work. Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30-40 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including weekends or peak meal times.

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
