Job Description
Cook needed for 200 bed assisted living facility. Will work closely with Director of Dietary and Wait staff. High school diploma, General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience At least 2-years of experience as the lead cook in a health care facility 1-year of experience in an Assisted Living Residence, Adult Home or Long-Term Care Setting, an asset Knowledge of health care facility kitchen operations a must Experience in menu planning and ordering in a health care facility Expertise in analysis, decision making, problem-solving and time management skills Ability to function independently
