We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellent service and fun atmosphere. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Grill Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes, ensuring each plate meets our standards for quality and presentation. We look to create memorable dining experiences for our guests as well as provide a fun and happy work environment. We can be fast paced at times during dinner and the occasional lunch service but we encourage our cooks to be as fast and efficient as possible but also respect that we can only go as fast as we can go. Customers in every restaurant at some point have to wait for good food. Responsibilities Prepare and cook grilled items according to menu specifications and recipes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining quality standards Support kitchen team members in food preparation and service as needed Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management of shortages Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within the food industry or restaurant environment Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills Join us at Trappers II ! Pay:
