Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Cashier/Cook, where you'll be the friendly face and efficient operator behind the counter. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, making change, and balancing registers at shift end. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and upselling menu items to enhance sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; familiarity with quick service or fast food operations is a plus. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong skills in food preparation, handling, sanitation, and safety are essential for maintaining quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently while managing sales efficiently. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating good time management and multitasking capabilities.
