This role requires proficiency across multiple cooking techniques and stations while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and organization. You will work closely with our Banquet Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chefs, and culinary team to prepare exceptional food experiences for our members and guests. What You'll Do Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and chef specifications Demonstrate proficiency in grilling, sautéing, braising, poaching, vegetable preparation, fish cookery, egg cookery, and other culinary techniques Set up, stock, and maintain assigned stations for service Ensure all dishes are prepared with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment Properly rotate and store products according to food safety standards Work efficiently during high-volume service periods and special events Collaborate with fellow culinary team members to execute exceptional dining experiences Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of culinary experience Strong knife skills and foundational cooking techniques Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen Team-first attitude with strong communication skills Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail Ability to follow recipes and plating standards consistently Food Safety Certification preferred Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation Schedule Full-Time, Year-Round Typical schedule of 40+ hours per week Additional hours available during tournaments, member events, and banquet weeks Flexible availability required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
