Line Cook Job Type:
Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Line Cooks for several locations in the Rochester area! The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items in a fast-paced kitchen environment Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients and supplies Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas Ensure food quality, freshness, and proper food handling procedures Work efficiently with team members to provide excellent service Follow all health and safety regulations Qualifications Previous cooking or restaurant experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and food quality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
