Must have previous experience in working a "from scratch" based kitchen. Ideal candidates will mesh well in our fast paced kitchen environment that slings playful inventive dishes, while offering excellence in hospitality to our local community. Duties

• Follow recipe guides & prepare food ingredients for menu items
• Cook and execute food tickets in a timely function, while maintaining the consistency of the Jack's kitchen standard
• Help stock and organize food stations
• Exercise FIFO and all food safety standards Skills
• Previous experience in food handling & preparation
• Experience in cooking on the line & expediting ticket times
• Knowledge of food ingredients at their basic core
• Knowledge of preparing food from scratch to finished product
• Readiness to learn and exercise creative thinking when it comes to food
• Proficient in time management & attention to detail
• Positive attitude with the ability to work well with others is a must!
