As a vital member of our food service operation, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to order, and supporting the overall flow of meal preparation with enthusiasm and precision. Duties Prepare ingredients and assist in the assembly of menu items according to established recipes and standards Cook dishes efficiently while maintaining high quality, presentation, and food safety standards Support menu planning by preparing components needed for daily specials or catering events Handle food with care, following proper food handling and sanitation procedures at all times Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients for smooth kitchen operations Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment throughout shifts Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and uphold a positive kitchen environment Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred Proven skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly Familiarity with dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus Strong knife skills and proficiency in basic culinary techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices This is a New Business so we trying to get settled.
