Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook/Prep Cook and be part of an exciting kitchen environment. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for food preparation and a keen eye for detail to contribute to our culinary excellence.Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and storing
- Assist in the cooking process by following recipes and guidelines
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate food production
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, kitchen operations, and food service protocols
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
