LINE COOK This can be a full time job or a Saturday pm Sunday pm only position. Please reach out if you are interested and seeking full or part time. We have flexibility with the schedule. MINT is seeking a talented, reliable Line Cook to join our team. We are a true scratch kitchen committed to quality ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and exceptional service. We work with local farms whenever possible, use organic ingredients, and take pride in preparing food from scratch every day. We're looking for someone who: Has previous line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen Maintains a clean, organized, and efficient work station Understands food safety and sanitation standards Works well as part of a team Shows up on time and takes pride in their work Appreciates cooking with fresh, high-quality ingredients At MINT, you'll be part of a professional kitchen that values craftsmanship, consistency, and attention to detail.
