Job Description
BANQUET & PREP COOKS
We are looking for strong, experienced Banquet and Prep Cooks to join our kitchen team. We need cooks who are fast, organized, dependable, and take pride in their work . You should be able to come in, learn our systems quickly, and become a productive part of the team without needing constant direction.Responsibilities include:
Prepare food efficiently and consistently for banquets, events, and daily service Work quickly while maintaining quality and attention to detail Stay organized and keep prep areas clean and stocked Follow recipes, prep lists, and kitchen standards Properly label, date, store, and rotate food Help keep walk-ins, freezers, and storage areas organized Communicate well with the kitchen team and help wherever needed Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation Be willing to learn our food, systems, and expectations quickly Take ownership of your station and your work What we are looking for: Previous banquet, prep, catering, or high-volume kitchen experience Strong organizational skills — being organized is a must Ability to work with urgency and move quickly without sacrificing quality Ability to learn quickly and get up to speed Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team Positive attitude and professional approach Someone who sees what needs to be done and does it without always being asked We want cooks who will help elevate what we do , make the kitchen stronger, and make everyone's job a little easier. Competitive and commensurate with experience.Pay:
