Duties Assist with menu planning to ensure balanced, nutritious, and appealing meal options Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards Cook and assemble meals efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Handle food with care, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols Place food orders weekly , or as needed. Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and ensuring timely delivery Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards Skills Prior experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation practices Proven skills in menu planning, meal preparation, and cooking techniques Excellent knife skills for efficient food prep and presentation Experience in food service environments such as restaurants or catering operations Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail in food preparation Familiarity with kitchen equipment, food industry standards, and culinary best practices Join us to bring your culinary expertise into a rewarding environment where your skills make a difference!
