Duties Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Execute food preparation tasks efficiently, maintaining high quality and consistency Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines Assist in menu planning by suggesting innovative ideas and ensuring ingredient availability Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Support catering events by preparing special dishes and ensuring timely service Serve dishes to guests promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality expectations Experience Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred Familiarity with dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques are essential Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices is required Experience in meal preparation, cooking, and food service operations is desirable Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated teamwork skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service Embark on a culinary journey with us where your skills will be valued, your creativity encouraged, and your growth supported.
