Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role. Fine dining experience is preferred. Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and food safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Willingness to learn and take direction from the culinary team. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Culinary school education or formal culinary training is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain a clean and organized work station and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely service. Assist in the preparation of mise en place, including chopping, slicing, and other food prep tasks. Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure freshness. Exhibit strong attention to detail in food presentation and quality. Uphold our commitment to providing exceptional cuisine and guest satisfaction. Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef. Why Join Us?
