Job Description

Our client, a healthcare provider specializing in hospital and nursing home services, is seeking a Part-Time Cook/Prep Cook to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the hospital support staff, working alongside healthcare teams to support patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work well in a team, and a solid work ethic, contributing to overall kitchen efficiency and quality service.

5 hrs) What's the Job? Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen to support hospital food service operations Follow all safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff Assist with food preparation and plating to meet quality and dietary requirements Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and efficient meal service What's Needed? Experience in a hospital, nursing home, healthcare, or similar food service environment needed Ability to work a part-time schedule, including every other weekend, Mondays, and Wednesdays Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to wear provided uniform (chef coat and pants) What's in it for me?
