Brunch Cook

32 N. is seeking an experienced Brunch Cook / Line Cook who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume brunch service. The ideal candidate understands timing, consistency, presentation, and the ability to execute breakfast and brunch dishes efficiently during busy service periods.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute menu items according to restaurant standards Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance Assist with prep, inventory, and station organization Work collaboratively with kitchen staff during service Maintain proper food handling and sanitation standards Monitor food quality and freshness Assist with specials and menu development when needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years kitchen experience preferred Experience in brunch or high-volume kitchens strongly preferred Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and under pressure Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Weekend availability required
