Duties Prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in accordance with food safety standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, knives, and other utensils Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza prep area to uphold hygiene standards Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors or toppings based on customer preferences Serve pizzas promptly and courteously to ensure excellent customer service Support other kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and plating as needed Experience Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen roles is preferred, especially within the food industry or restaurant environment Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices is essential Experience with culinary techniques such as knife skills, meal preparation, and cooking methods will be highly valued Background in dietary aide or dietary department work can be an asset for understanding special dietary needs Fine dining or catering experience can enhance your ability to deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced setting Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation are important for collaborating effectively with colleagues and serving customers Embark on a flavorful journey with us!
