Join a team where you can sharpen your skills, cook from scratch, and make a difference every day. Anna Maria of Aurora is hiring a full-time Prep Cook for our Assisted Living kitchen, where we prepare fresh, homemade meals for our residents. This is a hands-on role that offers practical experience in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:30 a.m

• 6:00 p.

m. Some weekends as needed

What you'll do: Assist the Cook in preparing daily meals from scratch Prep ingredients for soups and meals (cutting, slicing, dicing, portioning) Prepare desserts and other menu components Keep the kitchen stocked, organized, and running smoothly Step in as a Server or Cook when needed Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment, including scheduled deep cleaning tasks (e.g., changing fryer oil, cleaning equipment, and washing prep areas) What we're looking for: Previous culinary experience required ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Culinary students or recent graduates strongly encouraged to apply Someone who wants to learn, grow, and be part of a team Reliable, flexible, and willing to jump in where needed Why this is a great opportunity: Learn in a supportive environment Make a meaningful impact by serving seniors in our community
