- Daytime Baker / Prep Cook Hyde Park Restaurant Group is currently seeking restaurant professional candidates to execute our mission of providing the highest quality food, service, and experience to each and every one of our guests. Requirements Prepare daily mise en place following recipes and par sheets Bake breads, pastries, and house-made items each morning Portion, chop, marinate, and stock ingredients for service Maintain cleanliness and organization in your station Rotate stock and label all prepped items properly Communicate with the kitchen team about par levels and needs Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Do you have an interest in fine dining and/or are currently seeking a role with an established 38-year old company?
