Job Summary The Station Restaurant of Brewster is looking for an experienced, highly dependable Breakfast/Lunch Line Cook. Full time positon Wed thru Sunday 7am-2pm. Pay negotiable based on experience. Responsibilities Ability to work independantly as well with other team members Open and close the Kitchen efficiently Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and presentation standards Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly to meet health regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Support food plating and presentation to ensure visual appeal Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures Assist with catering events or special meal preparations as needed Serve food to guests in a professional manner Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within the food industry Culinary experience including meal preparation, knife skills, and food safety knowledge Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
