We're a locally owned bar and restaurant looking to add an important member to our kitchen team. Ideally we'd like to be able to add a line cook who has the ability to cook high-quality gourmet burgers to temp at a fast pace, but also can shift towards prep often since our menu is made from scratch. Current cook position we are looking to fill is part-time or full-time and the schedule can be negotiable depending on what you have going on. Weekend and night availability required. Responsibilities:

Aid in Preparation of food Learn our menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, portions, etc. Follow standard recipes and special orders/ directions Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances

Qualifications:
