Are you able to prepare food for a crowd? Are you a skilled, experienced, dependable Cook? If so, then cooking for the residents at The Cottages of Clayton may be your next calling!
Responsibilities are:
  • Cooking and preparing various dishes that are delicious and nutritious
  • Ensuring all food is prepared according to recipes and food safety standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
  • Following proper food handling and storage procedures
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications :
  • Previous experience working in a kitchen or food industry preferred
  • Knowledge of residential facility dietary department is a plus
  • Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Basic understanding of food handling and safety guidelines, ServSafe a plus
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
