Grove City Brewing Company and Plum Run Winery is a high-volume, scratch kitchen paired with a craft brewery and winery. We focus on consistency, speed, and execution—especially during peak service.

Position Overview:

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented PM Line Cook who can handle a fast-paced dinner service and execute consistently under pressure. Grill experience is strongly preferred. You'll be working across stations (grill, sauté, fryer, salads) with a strong focus on portioning, timing, and plate consistency. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role —you are expected to stay moving, stay focused, stay clean, and communicate clearly with your team at all times .

Key Responsibilities:

Execute menu items consistently according to recipes and specs Work grill and other stations as assigned (grill experience preferred) Maintain proper portioning and plating standards Keep up with ticket flow during high-volume service Communicate clearly with expo and teammates during service (calls, timing, 86s, delays) Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station at all times Follow food safety and sanitation standards Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties

Availability Requirements:

Evening (PM) availability required Sunday availability is required (non-negotiable) Weekend availability required (Friday/Saturday) Must be able to work during busy events and peak service times

Reliable communication is required—this includes responsiveness to scheduling, shift changes, and team communication outside of service. Sunday availability is required for consideration.
