Bendi Wok N Bar is a proud part of the Orange Umbrella Restaurant (OUR) Group and cannot wait to bring our take on Asian fare to New Albany! Restaurant Line Cook Responsibilities:

Setup and maintain preparation of food in various cooking stations in accordance with all quality standards of control and food safety and sanitation guidelines. Setup and maintain smallware and dish sanitation throughout service, in accordance with all quality standards of control and food safety and sanitation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of stock and storage rooms and items. Maintain high standards of quality in food production and follow all recipes and specification sheets for plate ups of food items. Communicate with fellow team members during service on needs for guest items and ensure that all items leave the kitchen in a timely and efficient manner.

Restaurant Line Cook Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to remain stationary for extended periods of time.
