Responsibilities Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and sauces according to established recipes and menu specifications Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to cook pizzas to perfection Ensure food safety standards are maintained at all times during food handling and preparation Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza varieties or improvements based on customer preferences Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment sanitation and ingredient storage Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service experiences for our guests Experience Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or a restaurant environment is highly desirable Knowledge of dietary department practices or dietary aide experience is a plus for understanding special dietary needs Demonstrated skills in knife handling, meal preparation, and food safety protocols are essential Catering experience can enhance your ability to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and food industry standards will support your success in this role Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team are important for maintaining smooth operations Embark on a flavorful journey with us where your culinary talents will shine!
