Responsibilities:

Prepare meals for geriatric patients according to their dietary needs and restrictions Monitor and document patient food intake Ensure that all meals are prepared in a safe and sanitary manner Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines when preparing food Communicate with dietitians and other healthcare professionals to ensure that meals meet the nutritional needs of patients Be knowledgeable about the nutritional needs of geriatric patients

Requirements:

Experience in preparing meals for large groups Knowledge of nutrition and dietary restrictions Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills
