Creative Dining Services is looking for a Deli Associate for our location at MRI Software in Solon, OH. The Deli Associate works within the Dining Services Department to ensure that high-quality, properly seasoned, nutritious food is being provided throughout the operation, in a safe manner. Works cooperatively as a valued member of the dining services team, assisting with any aspect of the dining services program necessary.

Core Responsibilities:

Prepares food items according to established recipes and menus in a manner in which preserves food freshness, quality and appeal. Utilizes safe food handling techniques at all times. Stores food items according to established standards of practice; utilize proper labeling and dating. Maintains a safe, tidy and well-organized work environment at all times; cleans up spills quickly, wears protective gear as needed (i.e. slicer glove), and stores wares safely. Supports other kitchen employees in assuring that the essential functions of the kitchen are performed adequately and appropriately. Puts away/Pulls stock as needed.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
