Basic Functions Providing timely and attentive service to our guest Maintains a clean and safe workspace in accordance with state and local regulatory specifications Safe handling of food, including prep, cooking, packaging, and plating Positive communication with all other teammates Following recipes and SOPs to ensure a safe and consistent product to our guests, while maintaining an efficient pace. Track and record food waste Frequent use of fryers, grills, coolers, and other kitchen equipment.
