Wage negotiable + Tips Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu plans. Assist in menu planning, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations. Handle food items safely, ensuring proper storage and handling techniques are followed. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and presentation of meals. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and other cooking tools. Participate in catering events as needed, providing high-quality food service to guests. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering as necessary. Experience Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the culinary field. Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is essential. Experience in menu planning is preferred but not required. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
