KITCHEN CREW

up to $15/hr This position is responsible for all food preparation and packaging. Currently we are hiring for prep, a day shift position (9-5, with some flexibility required) that is responsible for making dough, portioning, preparing veggies, cooking meats, and other prep work. An enthusiastic, honest, highly-productive, and courteous attitude is a MUST! Duties Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with Zeppe's specs and procedures Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line Food preparation and portioning prior to service Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment Requirements Previous kitchen/food prep experience preferred but not required Shift lead position requires previous experience directing the work of others Enthusiastic, high-energy attitude Strong customer service & time management skills Ability to absorb and retain information quickly Attention to detail Ability to stand and walk around a restaurant for 8-10 hours, and to stay active and busy Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to bend, stoop, and raise arms above head on occasion
