In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes using flat top grills and fry stations, ensuring each plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in food preparation, kitchen experience, and a love for creating delicious meals in a lively environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Responsibilities Operate flat top grills and fry stations efficiently to prepare menu items with precision and consistency. Follow established recipes, portion sizes, and food safety guidelines during meal preparation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking areas, including proper food handling and storage practices. Assist in menu planning by suggesting improvements or new dish ideas based on culinary trends or guest preferences. Support the team during busy service times by preparing ingredients and ensuring timely delivery of orders. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate meal service smoothly. Experience Previous experience in food preparation, kitchen work, or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with dietary department standards or dietary aide experience is a plus. Experience with menu planning, catering, or fine dining settings is beneficial. Strong knife skills, food handling knowledge, and proficiency in meal preparation are essential. Background in the food industry with a focus on food safety, cooking techniques, and food service operations will set you apart.
