Responsibilities Operate flat top grills and fry stations efficiently to prepare menu items with precision and consistency. Follow established recipes, portion sizes, and food safety guidelines during meal preparation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking areas, including proper food handling and storage practices. Assist in menu planning by suggesting improvements or new dish ideas based on culinary trends or guest preferences. Support the team during busy service times by preparing ingredients and ensuring timely delivery of orders. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate meal service smoothly. Experience Previous experience in food preparation, kitchen work, or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with dietary department standards or dietary aide experience is a plus.
