Kitchen Manager / General Manager Position Summary Cooks are responsible for consistent food preparation, quality control, and maintaining kitchen efficiency during both steady service and high-volume golf/event periods. Key Responsibilities Prepare menu items according to recipes and presentation standards Maintain food safety, sanitation, and proper storage practices Manage prep, portioning, and ticket flow during service Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment Assist with inventory, receiving, and stock rotation Communicate effectively with front-of-house during service Qualifications Previous kitchen experience preferred Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency Strong attention to detail and organization Physical Requirements Standing for extended periods Lifting up to 50 pounds Working in hot, fast-paced conditions
