Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients with precision and efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Assist in menu planning by suggesting new breakfast options or improvements based on guest preferences. Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to promote safety and prevent contamination. Serve breakfast dishes promptly and courteously to guests or team members, supporting smooth service flow. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when stock needs replenishing. Requirements Previous experience in dietary departments, dietary aide roles, or food service environments is highly desirable. Demonstrated culinary experience with a focus on breakfast or brunch items, including fine dining or restaurant settings. Strong food preparation skills with proficiency in cooking techniques and knife handling. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
