Line Cook

Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations, with experience line cook, or restaurant environments. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Assist in menu planning and ingredient preparation for daily service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety protocols Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices Support the team during food service, including plating and garnishing dishes Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Assist with catering events and special meal preparations as needed Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations and safety standards Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred; experience in fine dining or catering is a plus Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively within a kitchen setting Prior restaurant or culinary industry experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential This role provides an excellent opportunity for culinary professionals to grow their skills within a supportive team environment dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
