Choctaw Landing Pay Rate:

$15.50 Hourly Rate | Full Time | Days & Shifts will vary based on business needs Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position Overview An entry level position responsible for providing high-quality, fresh food to guests at eating establishments. Responsibilities 1. Prepare various ingredients including washing, chopping, slicing, and peeling of fruits and vegetables. 2. Follow standardized recipes and methods to prepare meals that are properly cooked, tasty and visually appealing; 3. Taste food before serving and provide garnishes for food plates. 4. Follow established food preparation procedures and converted portion guidelines to control waste levels. 5. Practice proper food storage and adhere to suitable food serving temperatures. 6. Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment by practicing proper housekeeping procedure cleaning while working. 7. Set-up, service, and clean-up of food production. 8. Rotate stock to ensure usage and disposal occurs before the expiration date. 9. Perform other duties as may be assigned. Qualifications

  • Ability to follow standardized recipes
  • Ability to communicate and multi-task in a fast-paced, loud, and crowded environment
  • Ensure all food preparation is high quality, done in a timely manner, and follows menu descriptions.
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Pay:

From $15.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
