We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team and help us prepare delicious meals for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients for dishes according to recipes and menu specifications Cook dishes to order in a timely and efficient manner Monitor food stock levels and replenish supplies as needed Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to our high standards of quality and consistency Maintain a clean and organized work area, including kitchen equipment and utensils Collaborate with other kitchen staff and servers to ensure that orders are prepared and served promptly Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school diploma preferred Must have 1 to 2 years' experience as a line cook Must be able to pass a background check Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment Strong communication and organizational skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds If you are a passionate and dedicated cook with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
