Appointment Length Regular Continuous/Until Further Notice Hiring Range $13.50 - $18.00 Hourly Special Instructions to Applicants For full consideration, please include a resume, cover letter and contact information for three professional references. About this Position Responsible for the preparation of hot and cold foods, including receiving, storing, cooking, garnishing, and presenting food. Follows standardized recipes for the catering department and ensures consistent quality in food production. Responsible for appropriately training employees assigned to the production area. Maintains general upkeep, sanitation, and safe operation of all equipment and workspaces. Performs other duties as assigned. This is a full-time position with a schedule based on client needs and the catering schedule. The role involves heavy manual labor and requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and over 50 pounds occasionally.
