Job Summary:

We have been serving comfort food in the Tulsa Arts District for over 22 years and are seeking an experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, and proper storing of food
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications and be able to work independently
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean working station while adhering to food safety standards
• Work efficiently and be willing to work across all areas of a fast paced line
• Receiving and stocking of inventory

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar role
• Lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
• Must have Tulsa County Food Handlers Permit
• Culinary degree or manager certification is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday; occasional Wed/Thurs shifts Flexible hours and a fun atmosphere!
