Key Responsibilities:

Execute set recipes for sides, sauces, poke, and other menu items consistently and accurately. Cut and prepare produce and fish, ensuring all ingredients meet quality standards (knife skills are a plus). Ensure the front of house is properly stocked with necessary ingredients and supplies to serve customers effectively. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by regularly cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment. Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen maintenance to support overall cleanliness and efficiency. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a collaborative environment. Approach each day with a professional attitude and a commitment to teamwork, always willing to lend a helping hand.

Qualifications:

Experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work cleanly and efficiently. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
