The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with experience in various kitchen environments. This role is essential in delivering high-quality meals and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a love for culinary arts, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines. Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, communicating needs to management. Demonstrate excellent knife skills and proper cooking techniques. Participate in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to guests. Experience Previous experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred. Fine dining experience is a plus, showcasing an understanding of high-quality meal preparation. Strong background in the food industry, including restaurant or catering experience. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety standards is essential. Culinary experience with a focus on meal preparation and cooking techniques. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
