Job Summary:

FISH LAKE RESORT

is seeking cooks for the summer season and beyond. This is a fast paced environment! Having the ability to stay focused and thrive under pressure while remaining calm is a must. We love our food and need individuals who share our passion of creating classics with fresh ingredients. We value experience! If you have good communication skills and are a team player that is positive and motivated you will be a great fit for our crew. Our culture is community minded, positive and upbeat, appreciative of customers, respectful of co-workers, team players. General responsibilities will include- Setting up your station and keeping it organized according to guidelines. Prepare food in a safe, sanitary and timley manner. Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications. Restock items as needed throughout your shift. Assist with the cleaning, organizing and sanitation of kitchen, walk in/ reach in coolers and all storage areas. Preform additional responsibilities as requested by kitchen management. Pay DOE plus even split of tip pool. Possible discounted RV site, shift meals and resort perks such as use of rental boat or kayak with prior approval.
